Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, size of shipping package and location being shipped to. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Ambrosia Global ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages

Ambrosia Global is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
